About Lindum College

Lindum College Ltd has been teaching counselling and continuing professional development since 2008. During that time, we have been privileged to share the training journey with hundreds of students and our intention is to continue this training for many years to come.

2026 sees us proudly celebrating 18 continuous years training counsellors and providing continuing professional development for the helping professions. All of our courses are regularly updated and upgraded and we will expand our business in many ways as we add new courses to meet the needs in the complex unsettled world. Our new courses include trauma informed diplomas levels 5 and Post grad Level 6, Adding Coaching to a therapy practice, and Inner child work Post grad L 6

We have engaged new experienced tutors and have expanded and launched our Lindum Outreach (not-for-profit company) which provides many of our students with a placement for their course.

We take card payments for both companies. We are very aware of the trauma based society in which we all live and the many complex world events that have led to the place we are now. We have management at differing age levels to ensure we meet the needs of the varying age groups that train with us.

The integration of SCoPEd signals a transformative chapter in UK counselling. Lindum College is proud to evolve alongside these standards by continuing to offer innovative, high quality training responsive to the needs of a complex ever changing world. We remain deeply rooted in our values of excellence, inclusivity, and resilience and look forward to developing new courses that reflect both therapeutic progress and lived realities. We give constructive, motivational, and encouraging feedback whilst maintaining a high ethical standard. We care about our students and will not let you down.
  • Our courses are updated regularly and maintained to an extremely high standard. Our tutors are all qualified counsellors, and our assistant tutors are qualified counsellors or enrolled on a level 4 qualification.
  • Our Lindum Outreach division offers the additional facility of providing placements for many of our students.
  • We allow fees to be paid by monthly instalments (0% interest).

This unique experience we offer our students is realistic and practical and includes group discussions, personal development and practical hands-on training. Our students are important to us and for that reason, we create a supportive, safe and friendly learning environment.

Tutors

Our tutors are all experienced counsellors and most are clinical supervisors as well as being qualified as tutors. They are empathic and non-judgmental in their approach as they support our students on their life changing journey.

Our tutors all abide by the code of ethics of (NCS) or the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) .
