Working with children CPD
Fun, engaging course. Can really get into your inner child but at the same time learn how to support children. Highly recommend! (EP 2018)
The tutors where very engaging and knowledgeable as well as supportive. (LW 2018)
Despite travelling from Birmingham to Lincoln in order to attend this course, it was definitely worth it. I would consider all of my further training to be with Lindum College as it's the most efficient, well put together and delivered course I have taken on my counselling training thus far. The tutors were warm, approachable and very knowledgeable. The materials provided to complete the course were very good and the venue was easy to find with all facilities needed (AL 2018)

The course is very creative and is a great opportunity to expand knowledge and skills to work with children and younger adults but also with adults in a child mode. I thoroughly enjoyed the process! (CL-2018)

Wonderful, informative course. The trainers were very professional and shared some of their own experiences (confidentially of course). Time given to take part in play therapy was an important factor. (KF-2018)

If you are considering working as a Children’s/Adolescents Counsellor or indeed already work in a related area, I would highly recommend this course. This course will bring to life in all the resources, articles and books you may have read by allowing you to experience and connect to therapeutic techniques, creative resources and engage with the meaningful application of therapy worksheets. It will provide an opportunity for you to engage with other professionals, sharing ideas and experiences while you learn. The trainers are highly experienced counsellors in their own right and use these techniques and approaches currently in their work. This course is essential and if you approach it with openness to connect to the exercises and to your inner child, it will equip you with meaningful and practical approaches you can use with confidence. (WO-2018)
